Thank you for this wonderful article! I can relate to this very much as I sometimes experience back pain whenever I get very tired of my day’s work. I haven’t consulted a doctor yet because I can feel that it is not necessary. Maybe the reason why I have back pain is stress as you mentioned above. I haven’t experienced any of the danger signs. Maybe what I need is exercise and exercise. I haven’t done that for months now.
