The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is suing Progressive Insurance Co. for allegedly ordering a Tallahassee body shop to repair a car with aftermarket crash parts. The lawsuit says that the use of “inferior” aftermarket crash parts is an unfair and deceptive trade practice because the chintzy parts allegedly don’t return a vehicle to its pre-loss condition, as required by the insurance policy.

Getting the devil to be your Projects role model is a joke isn’t it? Progressive’s Car Insurance Policy appears to be nothing more than a pyramid scheme in which those Corporate Executives at the top get richer and richer while injured policyholders are left without medical care as I have delineated in my video “Progressive Insurance Has Treated Me as Road kill”.

PART 2. It is nothing more than taxpayer subsidized profits for Corporations such as Progressive. Obviously, Progressive’s millions of dollars in excess capital which Progressive President & CEO Glenn Renwick has bragged about to his shareholders has a cost to society. Bankruptcy, home foreclosures, suicides, mangled bodies and lives these are all tragedies which taxpayers are forced to fund when Progressive scams its policyholders.

PART 3. When did human carnage for the benefit of and profit motives of Progressive County Mutual Insurance Company become an acceptable concept in which everyone looks the other way knowing what is happening.

Progressive doesn’t show progress in helping victims of car accidents caused by their insured. I suppose the only progress is the extra money they are putting in their pockets while VICTIMS of their insured are falling under. Do not get progressive insurance, and if you are hit by someone, contact an attorney, because this company is heartless.
