There are many yoga experts who recommend that you gaze at the sun just 20 minutes after sunrise or before sunset. The sun’s rays are known to be beneficial during that period and helps in eye care.

Protect your eyes with sun glasses when traveling out doors and ensure you use a good sun block cream around your eyes to prevent eye puffiness. The eyes require ample rest. So ensure that your eyes get all the rest they require. With proper eye care, your eyes will remain healthy and good looking.
