An elusive Vision 2030
www.ntv.co.ke Vision 2030; an ambitious plan launched a year ago with the mission being the transformation of Kenya into a middle level economy. This is a plan that now comes under sharp focus as the country grapples with a multi-fronted crisis combining the basics such as energy, food and water.
