The Final Truth About Stress

Stress can turn your world upside down if you are not careful to control it.  More and more people are becoming victims of their own body allowing stress to devour from the inside out.

The routine of daily life alone make stress management necessary.

Stress contributes to high blood pressure, heart disease, strokes, and other serious illnesses in many individuals around the globe.  If it couldn’t be converted into good energy, there would be no good things about stress.

Except one.

Nobody in this world is born with stress.

When was the last time you saw a stressed out baby?  Something about a child’s smile is genuine when you consider their lists of worries.

Who says that can’t be you?

How does stress come in and invade the lives of millions of people?  How has it taken over?  While you contemplate that, know that there is relief.

Like everything else you learned in childhood, stress is also learned.  As everything, it can be un-learned.  After time, our brain is conditioned to automatically respond to a certain event in a particular way which then becomes habit.

We grow and mature when we began to learn the right way to respond and react to certain situations.

The unpleasant circumstances don’t produce the stress, our reactions to them do.  Stress comes when we choose to respond negatively rather than positively  Anxiety follows when we realize we should’ve acted differently.

What would happen when you began to work on your reaction to these events? What if you could find yourself happier than before?
