duh, why not just do a patch or something that bypasses the nasal cavity altogether, snorting that causing burning, lesions, scaring, erosion, sinusitis and eventually brain abcess…. its not meant to snort, especially the new generic will all the fillers in it, snorting methylcellulose?? ok

I used to take 10mg temazepam for insomnia 1-2 a week. It worked better than any other sleep aid and got the same effect everytime. I don’t take so often nowadays and haven’t needed it for 4 months

Ever heard about kava kava? I read it acts as on GABA and has MAO-b properties. I like it in low doses, but in high doses it actually causes insomnia for some reason, at least in my experience. I know there’s dozens of kavalactones so there probably is some other action going on.

I was prescribed Trazodone once for pretty bad insomnia, but I ended up having a pretty nasty reaction to it. I was prescribed the lowest dosage available(One triangle out of 3), and within a half hour my heart started to race really fast. I had one of those polar heart watches for when I do my cardio exercises and it showed my heart rate alternating between 150-180BPM. This was extremely uncomfortable and scary.
