Thanks a ton, I always thought that once you quit smoking after years, the damage is not undone but I was wrong. Only I have a question, is it all okay for those who’ve smoked for years to quit it all in one day? And also for those who take alcohol.
As the body gets used to smoking and alcohol, so is it safe to quit it one day? Any resource would help because I’ve heard from a place that you should cut down slowly and completely quit in 1-2 months so that your body gets used to that.
