Hi…I really think you should look into the Allen Carr method of stopping smoking. It’s the most successful method out there. It is simply unbelievable. What I would dearly love to see would be for a hypnotist to take on the COMPLETE Allen Carr method and make a hypnotic CD DVD course or whatever. I believe that the ONLY small problem with his method is getting the message to STAY in people’s mind. I think hypnosis would sort this out. Thank you

Wow that TFT works, it threw me all out of wack first time following directions, I forgot all about the cigarette until he mentioned it again lmao, I wish I can just quit but I realise its going to be a HUGE part of my life, an everyday thing and I just dont think Im ready for it mentally, probably why I cant stop because I havent taken the full plunge eh? It is all mental I agree with that.

the glass of water therapy is very impossible… but TFT in the otherhand might do the trick… btw TFT makes you look like having an erection, tapping you self while humming a birthday song…

i stopped smoking weed today can i use these same tips?

Essentially, addiction to weed is similar in that it is an addiction and, therefore, the same therapy can be used to a degree. Also, the TFT can help with any withdrawal symptoms which you may experience. However, personally, I would suggest that you contact either a drug counsellor or hypnotherapist who specializes in this area can help you through the process.Cannabis addiction is a specialized area which normally requires one to one therapy which is tailored to the individual client.

Hey guys! I found a great support resource for anyone serious about quitting and is great to supplement with techniques like this. Its called BECOME AN EX-SMOKER and it seriously helped. GOOD LUCK

I love the positive approach! It’s much more motivating! And there MUST be a substitute to replace that gap! Though I don’t smoke, I find that this information would apply to anything!

well, i think most people would be glad to know that there is a healthier alternative to smoking cigarettes. it’s called electric cigarettes. only pure nicotine enters your lungs instead of the usual shit that comes with cigs. to find out more, go to

good for you. i spent ages being a pothead, contemplating philosophy, thinking i was getting somewhere while my whole teenagehood passed me by. i guess you just come full circle with it and quit eventually

your routine is a comfort doctor thankyou, same as the other gentleman i also have developed a strong addiction to cannabis, to the point where simple activities such as computer games, films and music seem enhanced by the drug, i feel that cannabis enhances my favourite pastimes, i am eager to shed this psychological burden, any advice would be gratefully heeded. Thankyou

I actually used to smoke 40 a day about 15 years ago and quit using hypnosis and these very methods
Allen Carr’s methods are very good too. The very best way to quit is to choose which method works for you the best.

I have to say that I am not qualified to give you full advice on this particular addiction. The tips on this video can and will help and hypnosis can help, too.
However, I would recommend getting specialist advice in this area.

I think you are barking mad about tapping hand and humming happy birthday. I have just had my last cigarette about 5 minutes ago. I will let you know if it actually works!
