If you are thinking of quitting smoking taking the amount of money you spend in a day or week is one good way to make you consider using stop smoking aids to quit. Once you see how much you spend in short time frames then take take those costs over the period of a year it makes you think about how much money you are wasting. One thing you think of is the items you could have got with the money you spent on smoking. Someone who has smoked for long period of time even gets worse when thinking of things they have wanted such as a new car that this money spent on smokes could have paid for the car or other large purchases they could have saved for with that cigarette money. Stop smoking aids can seem expensive at first but they are for more affordable than smoking in the long run.

Wellbutrin is on of many stop smoking aids out on the market. It is not only for stop smoking but also has been used to treat depression and mental and mood disorders. Wellbutrin comes in pill form and if not used properly as advised by a physician it can cause panic attacks, trouble sleeping, irritability, and angry feelings to name a few. People who suffer from heart attacks, liver problems, narcotic problems, drinking to much are just a few that should not take this medication. Some side effects can be dry, mouth, vomiting, nausea, headaches, constipation, blurry vision, sore throat, joint pain, increased sweating, dizziness or strange taste in the mouth. There are many other stop smoking aids available as well that have fewer or no side effects.
