I quit tobacco, marijuana, alcohol, coffee, tea and LSD in one second 30 years ago. It took one second to make that firm choice. Replace the negative with a positive.
I replaced them with a morning run, tidied up my veggie diet & had a big veggie juice every day. Cleaning your teeth whenever you eat helps. Aerobic exercise like running is a great way to quit as you experience so many positive reinforcements. Unleash your inner Olympian. Make a plan. Re-invent yourself. Go crazy! You can do it!
It’s about quality of life. You’ll be heaps healthier, happier and able to enjoy so many great physical pursuits. You also wont be contributing to anybody else’s bad health with your second hand smoke. Be positive . . . quit.
The cemetery is full of folk who’d give everything to have one more day, even if it meant wearing a diaper.
when i wake monday the 22 of july i will not ever smoke again i will go to the gym before work i believe this could steer my body clear of smoking does vegtables really help?
GOOD ON YOU. A diet which helps you to eliminate toxins is a great way to go. I ate only fruit for one day each week, went from vegetarian to vegan on all other days for a month or two and drank lots of water and fresh vegetable juices every day.
I found running great because I could measure my progress easily, but you can do that at the gym by sticking to a regular routine and getting fitness tested first and then at regular intervals. You’ll also feel the improvements too.
At the time I realised that every drug I was taking was leading me to taking another: alcohol = cigarette craving, weed = cigarette craving. I realised that I had to quit them all and that all of them were poisoning my body and that I had to get back to natural health. It was my own personal revolution and I was soo shining in no time.
When I was taking drugs it was like I was guarding my precious lump of lead but I quickly dropped it when I found natural health which was like an nugget of gold.
Vegetables and lots of cinnamon gum helps. Quitting for the first day is easy its the days after that are a bitch, and 1 hour of non stop cardo when you’re sweating constantly helps tremendously. I recommend middle of the day if you can though because you’ll smoke the least then. Good luck
If any 1 is serious about quitting smoking, i would recommend them to visit purevape[.]com, quit with an electronic cigarette which gives the nicotine craving with out all the carcinogens that are associated with tobacco.

I didn’t find quitting weed was too effective. It took the edge off of cigarettes for me. or killed my nerves anyway

Why’d you start? You should start telling your parents first that you smoke rather than quit cold turkey.

no. weed does not have all of that nasty gunk in it + thousands of toxins. weed doesn’t hurt you at all if it is taken moderatly
