Learning About Bipolar Disorder
Sharing Experiences with Bipolar Disorder.
It’s a common fact that people need and love to share their medical experiences with others that have similar symptoms. Just to have a place where there are others going through the same thing. I have found that sharing and comparing my experiences helps me to better understand them. I am new to bipolar disorder and find it comforting to hear from other people that have it or others that have family members or friends with the disorder. I thought bipolar disorder was only depression so I was suprised to find out about the mood swings and anger. I have also learned that the panic attacks, anxiety and insomnia are also related to the disorder. I have been dealing with anger issues all my life and my anger flares in an instant and is inappropriate in most situations. I’ve been told I have a “vicious” temper. Sometimes, especially when my feelings are hurt, I get zapping, shock like feelings in my face, arms and fingers. Sometimes the zapping causes me to instantly fly into a rage or it causes me to become severely depressed. The fatique that both those symptoms cause is unbelievable. It’s sudden and I literally have to lay down right away. I think everyone needs a place to share their own experiences and knowledge with others. I really wanted an online place that’s kind of like a support group where everyone can come together to share information on Bipolar Disorder. This is the place http://www.mybipolarsite.net Come share your experience!
