What a combination! John Benson has put out two ebooks that are selling at a rapid pace. I am not one given to over-hyped and over-priced diet and fitness plans so when I saw this combination I was intrigued.

Jon Benson’s EODD or Every Other Day Diet is a great way to lose weight and retain muscle.
