    one egg scrambled or egg whites microwaved (or cooked in a skillet); one slice of turkey bacon; some shredded cheese.. all on a toasted whole wheat english muffin. very filling breakfast to go.. like a healthier english muffin. I never stay full off of smoothies or fruit for breakfast so i eat this a lot.

    My ideal breakfast, fast and healthy:
    Raw egg yolk(no egg white nor the bag)
    Uncooked walnuts or almonds(handful)
    Apple and banana(both each)

    Only thing I can think of is you using too much milk. I use quick oats, microwave for about 1:50 with about 6 oz of water. If you use too much water it could be runny too. Add the milk after micro, about 6 oz, then stir in a scoop of whey protein. Add pieces of bannana last. Raisins are good too. Great fast breakfast. Lasts all morning. Its also great before working out.

    2 tablespoons of peanut butter

    Blend and drink.

    I love eating non-fat yogurt with a handful of all-natural granoala in it. You get your calcium, fiber, and protein in a healthy breakfast/snack.
