Vinegar is one wonder product with numerous benefits. These benefits and uses are not merely limited to cooking but span across a number of domains. To start with, it could aid in cleaning oily, greasy hands. If your hands are smelly try washing your hands with few drops of vinegar.

Vinegar can be placed in open bowls in a room. This helps in soaking the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. In case of toothache, you can rub your tooth and gums with vinegar. This temporarily relieves you from the pain in the tooth. Even to clean dirty windows just try to clean them up by a mixture of vinegar and water. The solution may be a strong one for dirtier ones. It could be used to remove sediments in kettle by boiling vinegar and water together. This would remove coffee oils and other mineral deposits. Vinegar even helps in relieving the sunburn pain.

Vinegar can be used to facilitate earaches. Vinegar when combined with salt could be used to remove tough stains. For example it could be used to remove burnt on spots from an iron’s sole.Some people even drink vinegar. This may sound awkward but due to its variable health benefits in many cultures people have developed a habit of drinking vinegar.

People may drink it to recover from fatigue. It is believed to speed up the metabolic rate and thus may be beneficial for people who are dieting. Some studies claim that drinking vinegar improves skin colour and condition. Thus, there are a number of benefits of drinking vinegar on the whole.
