Simple Steps To Get Rid Of Split Ends
Ok so you have split ends and it is the worst kind for it seems to ride all the way up to my scalp. You don’t like it and you are desperate so what should you do?
There are many causes of Split ends, but usually split ends are the result of dry hair, brushing and pulling your hair
Split ends also depend on the thickness of your hair strand; quite simply, if your hair strand is thick; then split ends won’t occur that quickly
And if you have fine and thin strands then you will get split ends faster.
To stop split ends do the following:
Stop using Too much styling products
stop using too much heat with tools like the blow-dryer; straightener or curlers
stop using hair products that have too much chemicals in them like dyes; perms and relaxers
if you must use them you would want to limit their use to twice a month
Understand that Split ends are inevitable as it is hair damage, and no matter how well you take care of your hair you will have a little
Therefore a good way to get rid of them is to cut them as they develop, get a trim every 6 weeks to get rid of the split ends.
To stop split ends be sure to use natural shampoos and stay away from chemical products as they will dry and strip natural oils from your hair and will cause split ends
