I have read time and again that you should dilute the 3% hydrogen peroxide 50/50 with water before you gargle, and that you shouldn’t do this for extended periods of time because it can damage your teeth.
I read once that hydrogen peroxide can actually remove some calculus from under the gums, is this true?

Actually this isn’t recommended anymore.. Chlorhexidine is the best thing to rinse with.

Properly bottled hydrogen peroxide has no taste. It has tremendous health benefits and is much cheaper to use than many of the ridiculous drugs at the pharmacy.

Just search for it at wal-mart, dude if wal-mart doesn’t have who the fuck does. I am checking rite aid thanks for the tip, but i will use this for now.

If you swallow this stuff it slowly burns the walls of your throat. I always use it , and my teeth are as white as my bathroom tiles.

Not always? There MAY be some proof that it stimulates cancer, but otherwise, on many cases it kills cancer.
