Clear Lift Ultra – Look And Feel Years Younger
Age spots as a term refers to the brown spots that appear on the skin. They are a skin cell malfunction caused by sun’s UV rays. Age spots don’t have anything to do with how old you are, though they are more common with older people. Nevertheless, many people, young and old alike, dream of looking and feeling even younger still.

Here are a few tips to look and feel younger.
Number one: Think positive and be patient. Stress and tension do add a lot to the aging process. Also, they will alter your overall health and wellbeing. Take time to relax by doing any thing you like. Number two: Do yoga and meditation, as they are very helpful in de-stressing the individual person. Plus, they can help you maintain your weight. Number three: Maintain your teeth as white as possible. Try using whitening strips, say, while reading a good book before you doze off at night.
Number four: Care for your hands and feet. Exfoliate them or scrub them regularly before going to bed. You can also apply a mix of avocado oil and primrose oil in equal portions, and apply a few drops of the mixture into your hands and feet. Cover them with gloves and socks after. Number five: Maintain a time table for your sleeping times. It is recommended to sleep for at least eight hours per day.
Other things you can do to remove age spots are to drink plenty of water, including lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet, engaging in cardio workouts, and even consuming red wine in moderate amounts. But because age spots are caused by exposure to sunlight, perhaps the best thing to do to prevent them is to avoid direct and too much sun exposure. It is always suggested to wear sunglasses and sunscreen lotion to prevent skin damages and reduce your skin aging.
