Green Tea
Green tea is unfermented tea. Throughout China, Japan and North Africa. green tea is prized for its refreshing aroma and health giving properties. Its rich, dark olive green colour is retained after picking because the leaves are dried immediately in large iron pans to prevent the tea from turning brown. Make with water off the boil and infuse for 2-3 minutes.

In the morning the jasmine flowers are removed, but the lovely fragrance of jasmine remains on the tea.
