I can’t believe people believe this crap, people should work out to keep fit period. This is a poor excuse for working out btw. Go do some cardio and experiment with free weights

Harvard, and many others have tested to show that yoga, as opposed to many other forms of exercise, DOES switch on the genes and hormones we need to stay not only fit, but healthy, mentally sharp, sleeping well, and protected against disease. Vigorous yoga is like doing free weights and cardio together, BTW. Google Yoga and Hormone Health and you’ll see your comment is not only rude and judgmental, it’s ignorant. It sounds like you could use a little yoga to calm that attitude of yours!

Different forms exercise can be more beneficial to other individuals, of course. This crap is much more likely to be beneficial than any thing you know how to do with free weights. The reason I say this is cause you are obviously ignorant and have no understanding of what you are talking about. BTW Yoga has been around 3000 years yeah, and I am sure you have your little workout you’ll stick to . Open you mind and maybe you will learn something.

my friend I am 48 years old, I do gym exercises since my first years of my life and do lots of free weights & cardio, aerobics & everything is possible. I have to say that yoga is all of them, plus its antiaging, stress relief & helps control blood pressure levels. Believe me……..

Thanks so much for another great sequence. Everytime I do one of your vids I feel chalenged and refreshed. And plus the pounds are dropping YAY
One more thing it would be wonderfull if you could put all of your vids available for download. That way I can do them even when I’m not at home.
Not to be a pain but I play the violin and I notice that after a couple of hours playing it my lower back, neck and shoulders get stiff. Any tips of exercises I can do?
Thanks
Diana

I swear by yoga, it’s the best form of excercise. Sadie I have watched a few of your videos and think they are very good indeed. The great thing about yoga is that you find your weaknesses and limitations on how flexible you are and you can work on them and improve on them. My favourite is the tree pose can stand like that for ages!

How will you get more flexible and unlock the poses, and your body, if you’re not doing yoga? I say, chip away at the poses, and you’ll gain a world of benefits in time…and a stretchy, resilient body, too!

It can definitely ease it. I recommend the book “Yoga for Arthritis” by Ellen Saltonstall, one of my teachers.
Good luck!
