Get Rid Of Acne

Although no-one really knows what the cause of acne is or it’s cure, everyone knows the common sense facts of keeping your skin clean, eating healthy, getting enough exercise and sleep not to mention moderate amounts of alcohol and coffee.

This can be difficult when life is busy, you may have kids, an active social life or a heavy work schedule.

I never had bad acne, but it would usually flare up at least once a month when I was stressed out or pre-menstrual or had a heavy social calendar with lots of late nights and too much wine!  Usually it would be prior to an important work meeting or social event.

But all that changed about a year ago when I stumbled across an acne treatment that worked for me!

I had always tried different creams, treatments and nothing seemed to work.  Nor could I stick to a complex routine of cleansing, toning, treating and  moisturising with my lifestyle.

My solution and acne tips are simply to exfoliate in the morning and the evening and follow up with a moisturizing cream.   I use Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Daily Scrub and ROC day or evening cream.

The Neutrogena Scrub has 2% salicyclic acid which is used for the treatment of pimples.  It also has small micro beads that leave the skin feeling deeply cleansed and fresh.

With a soft, non greasy moisturiser like ROC you skin feels clean and fresh and acne free.

Since beginning this routine, I have not had one breakout and my life is busier than ever!
