omg i took accutane and that mess did not work for me… they pills were massive and painful to the slithering down my throat… i had to stop taking them becuase they kept making me light headed… but i want this treatment that i just saw… i wonder how much it is

i have bad acne and im not getting surgery, i have used alot of creams such as oxy acne vanishing cream with benzoyl peroxide … any other suggestions?

It’s not only the appearance of acne that is unpleasant for us to have. For me it’s the ITCHING and the pain. I can’t even lay on my side at night because it hurts to lay the side of my face on the pillow. BTW, society will never say it’s cool to be attracted to people that have visible pus growing on their faces. And as much as you talk, you probably aren’t THAT open-minded.

they should have warned us before they showed her skin close up. it seems to be her T-zone that is most affected, that and her chin. I’m sure she is still attractive in a gown or party dress.

diet and exercise is not the solution for most acne cases. I was in the military since 17 never smoked eat good and still have acne. noone knows for sure to be exact. hormones,stress, etc..

My acne went away when I STOPPED eating ALL DAIRY products. I avoid chocolate too.

Dairy is known to mess with hormones. Probably cause it’s full of them. If you eat dairy free chocolate you’ll be fine

My acne went away when I stopped eating all dairy products. No dairy. That was my answer.
Great sources of calcium are oranges, almonds, sesame seeds and Broccoli.

proactiv does not work at all! You will never cure your acne by washing your face and using topical treatments….don’t be fooled.
Until you change your diet you will struggle with acne.
I cured my acne by following the “Acne Cured” program. You can GOOGLE it…
