From Acne Cure To Baby Clear Skin – Part 2

Step 1.Exercise regularly

Exercise helps to metabolize and help detoxify the skin. It is revitalizing and energizing for the whole body. Regular exercise boost your circulation, strengthens your well being and gives a glow to your skin.

Increase in acne breakouts noticed by some people after exercise is not caused by the exercise itself, but by how you treat your skin before, during and after your workout. To treat your skin right:

Remove makeup before exercising.

Wear appropriate workout clothing. Heat and sweat generated during exercise, can lead to overactive sebaceous glands (the oil-producing glands in the skin). When combined with bacteria, can contribute to acne breakouts. Wear synthetic fabrics that draw sweat away from the skin and allow heat to escape. Bathe immediately after your workout

Step 2.Exfoliation

Use an exfoliating scrub designed for acne prone skin or simply use the home method of mixing baking soda with some water.

Exfoliating the skin removes the dead skin cells that can leave your skin looking dull. It is not necessary to exfoliate more once a week. If it is more often it may scrape off the needed natural moisture of your skin and cause it to dry. After exfoliating, dab skin dry and apply moisturizer immediately.

Step 3.Proper sleep

Sleep deprivation worsens the look of your skin. It intensifies dark circles under the eyes.

Sleep deprivation also can lead to increased acne breakouts (or slow the healing of ones you already have).Your body rest and restore itself during sleep, builds up on its energy reserves and regenerates the body cells. The skin’s repair processes takes place while you sleep. This is why you need 8-9 hours every night, so get plenty of sleep.

Step 4.Be stress free

Stress doesn’t cause acne, but can make it worse. This is partly because tress makes us emotionally excited or depressed. When we are in these states we tend to lapse in self control and do those things that work against our skin and beauty program, for example eating fatty foods and sleeping less. Scientist say the hormone, cortisol, that is released during times of tension can trigger acne by causing inflammation.

There are many tress relief techniques. Find a way to relax that fits into your daily schedule, so it becomes something you will do regularly.

Your skin is unique and different from everyone else’s and therefore you should remember that what works for someone else might not work for you and vice versa. Therefore, try out the different methods beforehand to know which one suits you.
