Acne is a term used for plugged pores such as blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, and even deeper lumps (cysts or nodules) that occur on the face, neck, chest, back, shoulders and even the upper arms. Acne affects mostly teenagers to some extent. However, acne problems are not restricted to any age group; adults in their 20s and even in their 40s, can get acne. I had a beautiful, flawless face and body in my teenage years and even in young adulthood, which was the envy of my peers who were loaded with facial acne especially, but at age 40 my face began to break out and that was troubling. While acne is not a life threatening condition, acne can be upsetting and disfiguring. Severe acne can lead to serious and permanent scarring, but, less severe cases can also lead to scarring.
Acnezine can solve your acne problems but it should also be complemented with a good skin care hygiene practice. Such as washing of the affected area (s) regularly and gently, do not scrub, using a mild cleanser to get rid of all impurities so that the area is always clean; avoid direct exposure to sunlight, keep the finger nails short and clean and refrain from scratching, or picking acne; keep hair clean and away from acne at all times; avoid touching the affected area (s) as much as possible; ensure that your face make-up is safe or do without it altogether, if you do have to shave the affected area, make sure that the blade is clean and finally, wash your hands as often as possible.
Several studies have been carried out to find out whether food does or does not cause acne. But to date, there is no clear evidence that food does or does not cause acne. However, food allergies can lead to toxic reactions and inflammation of the skin giving rise to acne. From my experience, using good old common sense will help a lot with solving your acne problem such as, reducing significantly your sugar and fat intake while treating acne and practicing good personal hygiene.

Some acne products give a quick fix for as long as you are using the product, the day you decide to stop, the acne is back, but Acnezine not only heals your superficial blemishes, it treats the root cause of acne and is worth a try.
